BOOKING TERMS
• All bookings are made on request.
• Minimum numbers are required for all tours. We will endeavour to meet our required minimum numbers and if not, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
• All our tours are family-friendly however, kayak tours and SUP tours are recommended for children older than 6 years.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will accept cancellations or changes to booking in writing only.
- For cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour departure date, the booking will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made more than 7 days and less than 14 days before tour departure date, the booking will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before tour departure date, no refund will be given.
- If guest will not attend a tour at the agreed date, time and place there will be no entitlement to any refund. We suggest double-checking the departure points (especially for the Didgeridoo Night tour) and checking Booking Reminder email or contacting our office 24 hours before tour departure.
We reserve the right, when necessary, to alter routes, vehicles and times.
If a tour is cancelled due to safety reasons or unsuitable weather conditions, this will be at the discretion of our Tour Guide. We will endeavour to notify guests as soon as possible and we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
TRANSFERS
Transfer service within Denham is free.
We offer return transfers from and to RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort for an additional Nett fee of $160 per booking for up to 6 passengers.
Transfer to Monkey Mia airport can be booked for a Nett fee of $35 per person.
